Sylvan Lake, Canada Tri Energy Services Full time

Responsibility:

- Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Superintendent, Fabrication Manager and QC Department to minimize their need to do task work including but not limit to:

- Process RFI and shop drawing submissions and other project related documents in a timely manner and maintain up-to-date and accurate tracking logs.
- Maintain organized project files in accordance with company’s Project File Structure.
- Project document control.
- Administrative support for team members, as needed
- Attend meetings and record and distribute minutes of meeting.
- Update daily tracking spreadsheets for QAQC Department
- Scanning and filing completed turnover packages-Compile Daily time ticket and activity reports
- Assist with cost tracking, invoices and change orders
- Coordinate with HR and financial department on new hire packages and orientations
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize a heavy workload.
- Proven systematic and organized approach to multi-tasking.
- Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change.
- Ability to read trackers, schedules and bill of materials
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Ability to travel to site and work away when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
