We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Director to join our team and lead our marketing strategy and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, launching new products successfully, driving brand awareness and market share growth.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of GTM plans for new product launches and market expansion initiatives.
- Develop ongoing strategy for all marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, public relations, and influencer marketing and ensure these are aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation and ensure that they align with the company's core values.
- Analyze marketing performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and ROI.
- Work with senior leadership on the strategic planning of brand positioning and product management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, agencies, and influencers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage a marketing budget and resources effectively.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
- Oversee Customer Advocacy Programs
- Work with the rest of our team and help level-up those around you in your areas of expertise

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Personality: Courteous team player and just generally nice to be around
- Strategic planning: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Market research: Proficiency in conducting market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
- Go To Market: Experience developing and executing successful GTM plans for new product offerings
- Brand management: Experience in building and maintaining a strong brand identity
- Leadership and teamwork: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team, as well as collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Content creation: Be a great judge of compelling and engaging content (developed through past experience) and be able to provide actionable feedback
- Data analysis: Ability to analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Budget management: Experience in budget planning and management to allocate resources efficiently and achieve desired outcomes.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, consumer behaviors, and emerging trends in the industry.
- Creativity: Harness creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns

**Education and Experience**:

- MBA, BCom, or a degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, including leadership experience and a proven ability to drive results
- Relevant coursework in marketing principles, market research, consumer behavior, advertising, and digital marketing
- Proven track record of success in B2C brand management and GTM projects

**Compensation**:

- Salary to be negotiated based on successful applicant's skill set and experience
