PRIMARY PURPOSE:
SALARY: $875 per week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist the marketing team by coordinating and implementing digital marketing campaigns
- Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across different channels, ensuring they align with the overall marketing objectives and target audience
- Develop strategies to counteract or lessen the impact of project challenges to ensure mínimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables
- Conduct research into marketing strategies/implementations within the clients’ industry
- Use analytical tools and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights
- Maintain open communication channels with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any changes or concerns
- Ensure all work meets Civiconnect’s quality standards and client expectations
- Generate progress reports detailing milestones, pending tasks, and changes to the project plan
- Organize and participate in team meetings, keeping marketing team members updated on the project progress and tasks
- Document lessons learned after project completion to inform future projects and suggest improvements
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to incorporate innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Other duties as assigned

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
- This position will report to the Marketing Manager
- This position will lead and provide guidance to the marketing team

WORKING ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Hybrid with frequent meetings through Microsoft Teams
- Mandatory attendance is required for technical and soft skills workshops

PROGRAMS / SOFTWARE USED:
Semrush, social media business tools, Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education: Pursuing or completing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Some experience in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must respect the learning environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Please Note: No prior experience is required, however, knowledge of the following is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and interpret campaign performance.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be between 18-29 years of age
- Must be enrolled in part-time or full-time studies at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a co-op or internship.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must be able to work full-time for 14 weeks.

You will need to provide certain administrative documents if offered employment including:

- Proof of ID (copy of Birth Certificate, Passport, Permanent Resident card).

- Direct deposit slip from financial institution.

**Salary**: $875.00 per week
