**Your Mission**:

- Apparel: Collaborating with design teams to develop innovative and on-trend designs that resonate with the brand's target audience.
- Social Media: Build the social calendar and help support with posting and customer engagement
- Product Strategy: Developing and executing product line strategies to ensure a diverse and appealing range of apparel offerings. This involves identifying market trends, consumer preferences, and performance metrics to inform product development decisions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all apparel products meet the brand's quality standards and specifications. This includes collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee the production process and conduct quality control checks.
- Brand Packaging and Presentation: Overseeing the packaging and presentation of apparel products to enhance their appeal and reinforce the brand's identity. This may involve designing packaging materials, tags, labels, and other branding elements.
- Fit and Performance Testing: Overseeing fit and performance testing for apparel products to ensure they meet functional requirements and provide optimal comfort, performance, and durability for athletes and consumers.
- Seasonal Planning: Planning and managing apparel collections, supporting forecasting demand, determining product assortments, and optimizing inventory levels.

**Your Experience**:

- Understanding of social media: This entails familiarity with various social media platforms, their functionalities, and how they can be leveraged for marketing and branding purposes. It involves knowing how to create engaging content, understand analytics, and stay updated on social media trends.
- Highly organized: This means having a systematic approach to tasks and projects and keeping track of details, deadlines, and resources efficiently. It involves creating and maintaining organized workflows, schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently and as part of a team: This implies being proactive, driven by personal initiative, and committed to achieving goals. It involves taking ownership of tasks, seeking out solutions, and being accountable for results, whether working alone or collaboratively with others.
- Ability to keep teams on track with projects and manage multiple stakeholders: This involves leadership and coordination skills to ensure that projects progress smoothly and stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. It includes effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution to address any challenges that may arise during project execution.
- Brand aesthetic: Keen eye for style and design aesthetic, with the ability to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's visual identity and values.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
