**The things you’ll do**:

- Regularly analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to reach goals
- Work with Website Operations and Marketing Operations managers closely on campaign landing pages and form process to ensure proper contact flows into database
- Ensure all collection of personal information and marketing communications meet required regional marketing standards, including but not limited to CASL, GDPR and CAN-SPAM
- Work closely with Business Operations on database management (including list hygiene and salesforce integration)
- Support other digital marketing programs and tactics such as webinar programs, 3rd party media, digital media, analytics, marketing technology, and more

**The things you bring**:

- **Professional Experience**: 1-3 years of proven work experience as a marketer (B2B experience preferred)
- **Knowledge**: Demonstrated understanding of international privacy laws including CAN-SPAM/CASL anti-spam laws and GDPR.
- **Experience**: Strong project management skills, experience with project management software is an asset (ie. asana)
- **Curiosity Mindset**: Loves to stay current on the latest digital marketing trends.
- **Passion to get-it-done**: You're a self-starter who provides creative solutions to business challenges. You're independent and take-charge while being a consummate team player

**Work location**:
