We are looking for one permanent, full-time, experienced Technical sales

specialist (NOC 62100) to join our team. The Technical Sales Specialist at X-Team is tasked with driving revenue by finding new business opportunities and converting leads into clients. Their role involves lead generation, engaging in technical sales presentations, negotiations, and strategic client engagement. They collaborate with teams to meet sales targets and align company services with clients' technical needs. By staying updated on industry trends, they tailor sales strategies and keep precise CRM records. Their expertise allows them to understand client environments deeply, building trust withtechnical stakeholders and advancing the company's market position.

**The technical sales specialist is required to perform the following duties**:

- Drive new business development by generating a targeted number of leads and leveraging networking opportunities;
- Actively listen to and understand customer needs to tailor your sales approach effectively;
- Keep abreast of technology trends to serve as an informed adviser to potential clients;
- Assessing client needs to recommend or assist in the selection of appropriate goods or services, negotiating prices or other terms effectively;
- Grow sales relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities through targeted lead generation and networking;
- Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to highlight the benefits of our services, incorporating technical specifications and cost estimates;
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders after sales to provide ongoing support if needed;
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our services and the evolving software engineering landscape;
- Utilise CRM, ATS, and Project Management tools to accurately track and report on sales activity;
- Adhere to ethical sales practices and ensure regulatory compliance;
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- University degree or college diploma in a field related to our products or services, or equivalent experience in a related role;
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in technical IT sales, with a strong understanding of the wholesale tech trade sector and software engineering principles;
- Proficiency in sales and project management software (e.g., HubSpot), with a track record of successful client management and business development;
- Fluency in a foreign language and/or international work or travel experience may be an asset;
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented;
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to operate effectively in a remote working environment;
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional development, with specific sales or industry qualifications achieved annually.

**WE OFFER**:

- Full-time (40 hours per week);
- Frequent operation outside of standard business hours;
- Occasional domestic and international travel;
- Permanent Wage of $41.00 per hour.

**TO APPLY**:
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
