Restorative Wellness is currently seeking a Family Life and Youth Support Manager that is ready to work alongside an amazing team of people that are passionate about seeing our people flourish.

Restorative Wellness combines clinical judgement with compassion and hope to create therapeutic living environments in which goals are realized, and hope and health are restored.

Our clinical team and organization are composed of experts in a variety of fields including Behaviour Analysis, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Clinical Psychology. Family Life and Youth Support Workers support youth and adults with challenging behaviours, a history of profound trauma and loss, neurodiverse diagnoses, and attachment difficulties. Working in a residential setting, our team implements our Guiding Principles, providing for the social-emotional and physical needs of our clients through assisting with daily living skills, implementing therapeutic goals to increase independence and regulation, and participating alongside clients in Land Based Therapy and Cultural Immersion led by local Elders.

We are looking for a aspiring mental health professional to join this exciting opportunity. Come join our incredible Restorative Wellness team in an exciting program as we continue to develop a new model of care to positively impact lives.

Preferred applicants wwill have a strength based positive attitude, have SIVA Training, MANDT, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and a Bachelor's degree in Child and Youth Care, Psychology, or a related field.

To work with children in care you must be 19yrs of age or older to apply

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
