Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Nanaimo Family Life Association. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our homes, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, such as laundry and trash removal
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
