**_Rental & Sales Coordinator_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer calls for rental and sales
- Create rental contracts in Operating System
- Coordinate with service dept. preparation of rentals and new equipment
- Working with shipping/receiving to arrange and prioritize rental shipping and receiving including generating pick-up and receiving slips
- Recording rental returns in operating system and create final invoice
- Issuing purchase orders to suppliers as needed
- Running the rental pre-bill, verify the pre-bill and generating the monthly invoicing and month end close off
- Maintain rental files and keeping them up to date
- Request approved discount reimbursement from the Manufacturer
- Entering equipment received in operating system
- Receiving all purchase orders issued for equipment ordered through our operating system and processing all suppler invoices and pass to the AP department to process
- Maintain all new/allied inventory
- Create work orders for PDI/modifications. Work orders must contain all relevant information to instruct Service department
- Arrange delivery by coordinating the equipment delivery dates with both shipping, the customer and Sales reps
- Process customer sales invoicing according to signed customer sales agreement

Responsabilités:

- Répondre aux appels pour la Location et la Vente
- Créer des contrats de location dans le Système d’Exploitation
- Coordonner avec le département de service la préparation des locations et du matériel neuf
- Travailler avec l’expédition & la réception pour organiser et prioriser l’expédition et la réception de la location, y compris générer des bordereaux de ramassage et de réception
- Enregistrement des retours de location dans le système d’exploitation et création de la facture finale
- Émettre des bons de commande aux fournisseurs au besoin
- Exécuter la préfacturation de location, vérifier la préfacturation et générer la facturation mensuelle et la clôture de fin de mois
- Tenir à jour les dossiers de location
- Demander le remboursement d’une remise approuvée par le fabricant
- Entrer l’équipement reçu dans le système d’exploitation
- Recevoir tous les bons de commande émis pour l’équipement commandé via notre système d’exploitation et traiter toutes les factures des fournisseurs et les transmettre au service des comptes fournisseurs pour traitement.
- Maintenir tout l’inventaire nouveau et apparenté.
- Créer des bons de travail pour les PDI/modifications. Les bons de travail doivent contenir toutes les informations pertinentes pour instruire le département de service.
- Organiser la livraison en coordonnant les dates de livraison de l’équipement avec l’expédition, le client et les représentants des ventes.
- Traiter la facturation des ventes des clients conformément au contrat de vente signé avec les clients.
