**Sales Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Canada Business Unit Manager, roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for oversight of product pricing strategy, including compiling historical data, analysis, price increase and frequent maintenance of sales catalogue.
- Create, develop and execute communication plans and training for product updates.
- Support larger sales team including Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Purchasing, with administrative support such as order entry, inventory management, streamlining process and coverage as required
- Timely and diligent follow up of orders, for both inside and outside sales
- Full cycle management for Heavy Industrial and Rental Truck Scale Orders, which includes truck & rail orders, forklifts scales etc.
- Coordinate and develop internal marketing initiatives and strategy, liaising with vendors and corporate as required.
- Oversee the pricing and determination of carriers for freight, with goal of reducing expenses
- Responsible for management and maintenance of bi-weekly product forecast report including data entry and reconciliation.
- Responsible for invoicing and processing down-payments as necessary driving pre-payment with proactive communication.
- Ensure tender sites are frequently monitored for tenders and necessary updates, issuing to sales and service as required.
- Coordinate and attend weekly meetings with sales and production teams providing updates to ensure cohesive communication, timely follow up and forecasting accuracy
- Occasionally provide support to the purchasing team by assisting with purchase orders, supplier follow up and inventory transactions.
- Other duties as required
**Profile**:
- Professional diploma in administration or equivalent study an asset.
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service or sales coordinator role with a strong desire to learn.
- Previous experience with in-house marketing an asset
- Technically savvy with previous experience using ERP (KBM and ServiceMax) an asset. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Adobe
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Bilingual French and English (preferred)
- Driven, excellent multi-tasking and time management skills who enjoys problem solving and finding innovative solutions
- Highly organized, self-starter with passion for innovation and entrepreneurial mindset
- Curious and interested in learning about mechanical systems and components
- The ability to process high volumes with impeccable attention to detail.

**Responsabilités**:
Relevant du directeur de l'unité d'affaires du Canada, les rôles et responsabilités comprennent, sans s'y limiter, les éléments suivants:
- Responsable de la supervision de la stratégie de tarification des produits, y compris la compilation des données historiques, l'analyse, l'augmentation des prix et la mise à jour fréquente du catalogue des ventes.
- Créer, développer et exécuter des plans de communication et de formation pour les mises à jour de produits.
- Soutenir l'équipe de vente élargie, y compris les ventes internes, les ventes externes et les achats, par un soutien administratif tel que l'entrée des commandes, la gestion des stocks, la rationalisation des processus et la couverture, selon les besoins.
- Suivi rapide et diligent des commandes, tant pour les ventes internes que pour les ventes externes.
- Gestion du cycle complet des commandes de balances de camions pour l'industrie lourde et la location, ce qui comprend les commandes de camions et de rails, les balances pour chariots élévateurs, etc.
- Coordonner et développer les initiatives et la stratégie de marketing interne, en assurant la liaison avec les fournisseurs et l'entreprise, le cas échéant.
- Superviser la tarification et la détermination des transporteurs pour le fret, dans le but de réduire les dépenses.
- Responsable de la gestion et de la mise à jour du rapport bihebdomadaire de prévision des produits, y compris la saisie et le rapprochement des données.
- Responsable de la facturation et du traitement des acomptes si nécessaire, en encourageant le prépaiement par une communication proactive.
