**About us**

Cyan Solutions is a full-service marketing agency looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to work within a dynamic agency environment.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will coordinate, implement, optimize, and report on paid and organic marketing activities for Cyan Solutions and its range of clients. You will set up, manage, and report on organic social media posting, SEO initiatives, and paid advertising, across channels including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Universal Analytics, Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic planning**

You will undertake marketing strategies and plans to help clients and Cyan Solutions meet its brand awareness, lead generation, and other business goals. You will identify the right tactics to undertake to meet these goals and plan how to execute these tactics across channels.
- **Coordination and Execution**:
You will manage the implementation and tracking of campaign activities, including SEO, social advertising, display advertising, content publication, and social media for our diverse client base. You will support multi-channel marketing strategies for clients and Cyan.
- **Project management**:
You will leverage project management and marketing tools like Trello and Hubspot to manage marketing campaigns in a timely manner. You will also assist in proposal and report preparation. Your passion for results means you're on top of tactics and trends, consistently monitoring and adjusting project/campaign components as required.
- **Analysis and reporting**:
You will manage, track, and analyze metrics for digital campaigns including SEO, Google Ads and Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Social Media campaigns. You have experience creating dashboards and analytics reports for online campaigns and analyzing ad performance and conversion funnels. You should be comfortable presenting reports and making suggestions to C-level Executives and Account Executives.

**Must haves**:

- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, including digital and content marketing (paid and organic).
- Experience with social media publishing, monitoring, analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with drafting and publishing content on social media, blogs, and other collateral.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and shift priorities as needed
- Ability to prioritize and to work independently.

**Good to have**:

- Some experience working with or at an agency.
- A university or college degree in journalism, marketing, communications, business, and/or marketing/public relations.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
