**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with various departments as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and showroom.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and mail handling.
- Support the sales and service teams with customer inquiries and paperwork.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and order replacements as necessary.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
