**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Account Manager to develop and maintain sales with industrial customers. This is a role with tremendous growth opportunities and room for advancement. We want the best. We want people that are motivated and hungry. Knowledge of industrial coatings, spray equipment, and OEM markets are assets.

**Requirements**:

- University or college education in business, marketing, chemistry or other related fields
- Previous sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to analyze and synthesize, a sense of responsibility and initiative, and an ability to work independently
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities and demands to produce results within restrictive timelines
- Ability to pay attention to detail and accurately retrieve/relay information from/to a variety of sources
- Recruit, hire, and train Technical Sales Representatives as required
- A valid driver’s license in good standing and access to a vehicle

**Responsibilities**
- Management and development of business opportunities
- Analyze potential of territories / markets, establish sales budgets and development schedule
- Develop and implement strategic plans and follow-up on leads to convert into profitable sales
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships
- Generate quotes, attend line-trials, participate in negotiations
- Continuously provide feedback to the parties involved in order to ensure the constant improvement of the service offered
- Report sales activities, growth, and potential opportunities
- Attend trade shows

**Job Type**: Full time, permanent

**Salary**: $80,000 - $100,000
