Toba Sportswear is a wholesale distributor of blank apparel to the imprintable sportswear industry. Toba Sportswear supplies screen printers, embroiderers, promotional products distributors, and sportswear retailers with a full line of activewear, corporate casualwear, and accessories for all embellishment needs. Located in Winnipeg, Canada, we have been serving the central Canada region since 2003. The goal of Toba Sportswear is to provide an extensive product line at competitive prices, all while offering exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time (M-F), on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB. As an Administrative Coordinator, your responsibilities will include general accounting tasks, data entry, record keeping and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Office Administrator you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for the following key duties:

- Invoice and file customer orders.
- Enter accounts payable invoices into the system.
- Invoice, file, and monitor account payables and payments.
- Enter and reconcile purchase order data.
- Track, review, and reconcile daily inventory management, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Update pricing and make price adjustments as directed.
- Reconcile credit card statements.
- Generate monthly sales reports and ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
- Reconcile assigned accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Other administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative data entry, basic accounting, inventory management, and/or customer service support.
- Experience in multitasking, working in a dynamic office environment, and managing your own workload.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
