**Office Administrator**

Keller Williams Real Estate Services in Winnipeg is part of the largest real estate franchise worldwide. We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Winnipeg, MB.

The Office Administrator is responsible for the administrative duties of the office, including all book keeping duties, payroll, commission payments, monthly transmittal to head office, payroll liabilities, GST liabilities, bank reconciliations etc. The Office Administrator will also assist with onboarding new agents, and reviewing real estate transactions. This position will report to the Broker of Record.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Bookkeeping duties utilizing lonewolf accounting software.
- Creating monthly financial reports
- Accounts payable
- Onboarding and off boarding employees to the office.
- Depositing and returning trust cheques.
- Managing photocopier codes
- Maintaining various internal systems

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
- Previous experience with bookkeeping required.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
