Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of file management systems and Sage is a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Proficient typing skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in a dental or medical office is a bonus
- Strong clerical and organizational skills are essential for this position

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency of our team. **Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
