La Leasing is a small business in Mont-royal, QC H4T 1H4. We are a used car dealership with a professional, social, fast-paced environment, and our goal is to service our retail clients and offer the best customer service in regards to high end vehicles.
Our work environment includes:
- Modern office setting
- Casual work attire
- On-the-job training
- Scheduling appointments - Receiving and sending out mail and packages (Fedex,Purolator) Entering orders and maintaining accurate records
- Providing customer support and resolving issues
- Assisting with personal tasks to the president of the company as needed
Requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist in a car dealership is preferred
- Proficient in Word (Excel,Word,Powerpoint) Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Billingual
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal-Respectful and courteous
Benefits:
- Competitive pay based on experience, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
