**Description de l'entreprise**
Physiothérapie Avantex est une clinique de physiothérapie située dans Ville Mont-Royal, au Québec, qui offre des soins personnalisés et de haute qualité en s'attaquant aux problèmes à la source afin d'aider les patients à atteindre leurs objectifs. Spécialisés dans les soins orthopédiques, vestibulaires et les commotions cérébrales, nos physiothérapeutes experts vont au-delà de la gestion des symptômes pour offrir des plans de traitement et de rétablissement efficaces.
**Description du poste**
Il s'agit d'un poste de réceptionniste sur place, à Physiothérapie Avantex dans la ville de Mont-Royal. La réceptionniste sera responsable de répondre au téléphone et aux courriels, d'enregistrer les patients pour leurs rendez-vous, de percevoir les paiements et de fournir des reçus, d'effectuer d'autres tâches administratives et, surtout, d'offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel sur une base quotidienne.
**Horaires**
**Lundi, mardi, jeudi, vendredi de 8h30 à 16h30, en personne.**
**Qualifications requises**
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de service à la clientèle
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Une expérience dans le domaine des soins de santé ou dans un environnement clinique est un plus.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail
- Compétences informatiques de base requises
- Connaissance des médias sociaux et des processus de marketing en ligne un plus
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais

Specializing in orthopedics, vestibular and concussion care, our expert physiotherapists go beyond symptom management to provide effective treatment and recovery plans.

**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills required
- Knowledge of social media and online marketing processes a plus
- Fluency in French and English languages
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
