Our company is undergoing tremendous growth in transportation field and we are looking for that special person to join our team to fill the position of Service Coordinator.

If you are fully bilingual, dynamic, motivated, detail oriented, creative and can perform well under pressure, you are that special person we’re looking for.

The role of Service Coordinator is to provide customer-focused day-to-day in relation to customers as well as the sales team. The role includes onboarding customers, as well as calls and weekly following. Sale Representative works closely with cross functional teams to ensure client assets are uploaded and that client communication and management is seamless.

What you will be doing as the Service Coordinator/Dispatcher:
Answer phone calls from teams on jobs
**Organize the schedule**
Act as the middle person between the customers and teams on jobs
**Processing the order in the company’s system**
Preparing invoices and charging to customers methods of payments
**Create quotes for interested customers**

**Close all contracts when jobs are finished**

**Support and prepare trucks for jobs**
Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- 3-5 years Service Coordinator experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and French
- MS Office experience - specifically Excel is essential.
- Creating and maintaining contracts and agreements
- Must be very detailed oriented and very customer focused.
- Must be organized and able to manage customer expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high level of flexibility and adaptability
- Have a sense of urgency to resolve and investigate issues.
- Driver License class 5
- Organizational, planning and follow-up skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Comfortable to multitask - answer multiple phone calls, manage in client requests, etc
