**The Role in a Nutshell**:
- Work with Account Managers and other internal teams, and represent GreenShield Health to our clients and plan advisors on service related matters.
- Speak regularly with clients answering questions and solving any issues.
- Educate and empower clients and plan advisors on GreenShield Health processes and tools and deliver employee onboarding sessions.
- Attend client meetings, problem solving sessions, and general client relationship building events, as required.
- Participate in onboarding new clients, implement plan amendments, process terminations, and facilitate unique enrolment requirements.
- Collaborate with other internal team members in identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Any other duties as required
**Le Poste en Résumé**:
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de compte et autres équipes internes, et représenter GreenShield Santé auprès de nos clients et de nos intermédiaires de marché concernant toute question en lien avec les services;
- S’entretenir régulièrement avec les clients pour répondre à leurs questions et résoudre leurs problèmes;
- Renseigner et familiariser les clients et les intermédiaires de marché sur les processus et les outils de GreenShield Santé et tenir des séances d’intégration à l’intention de leurs employés et employées;
- Assister aux rencontres avec les clients, aux séances de résolution de problèmes et aux événements généraux visant à établir des relations avec les clients, selon les besoins;
- Participer à l’intégration des nouveaux clients, mettre en œuvre les modifications aux régimes, traiter les résiliations et s’occuper des besoins d’adhésion particuliers;
- En collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe interne, cerner les possibilités d’amélioration des processus;
- Exécuter toute autre tâche requise.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health and/ or related industries
- Strong customer service experience would be an asset.
- Understanding of benefit administration issues, claims processes, and group contracts / booklets.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English and will be comfortable presenting GreenShield Health content in various settings.
- Strong relationship management.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions and do so with a sharp focus on detail.
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and work well under pressure and be self-reliant, while having a focus first and foremost on the success of the team.
- Have a positive attitude, and will enjoy learning from and teaching clients, internal partners, and your teammates.
- Be a member of a highly effective team.
- Be committed, professional, take ownership and accountability.
- Strive to achieve excellence and have fun.
- Proven ability to deliver presentations and build relationships.
