**About us**

We are looking for experienced front desk receptionists for our exciting Diagnostic Imaging Clinic opportunity in Oakville Ontario Prior medical receptionist experience is an asset.

Code Staffing Solutions is a healthcare staffing agency located in Ontario, Canada. We staff various health care sectors with nurses, nurse practitioners, x-ray technicians, respiratory therapists, receptionists, personal support workers, and more. **Job responsibilites include but are not limited to**:

- Representing the clinic professionally in all client/staff interactions.
- Act as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors/clients with a vibrant and friendly demeanor.
- Administrative duties such as booking appointments, scheduling meetings, coordinating and organizing the clinic schedule as needed, filing reports, mail distribution, and more.
- Ensuring the clinic is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborating with the interprofessional team including medical team members, clinical specialists, and consultants in support of providing excellent client experiences.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required. College Degree preferred.
- Customer Service experience 1-2 years minimum
- Receptionist experience an asset (not required)
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Professional etiquette for all written, verbal, and phone communications
- Flexible to work weekdays and weekends (**Hours of Operation**: 8am-7pm Monday - Thursday, 8am-6pm Fridays. and 830am-230pm Saturday)
- Medical terminology knowledge an asset.
- Willingness to follow clinic specific policies and procedures upon hire
- Excellent team work skills, attendance, and punctuality
- Positive attitude in all client and staff interactions
- Compassionate, team-oriented, able to multi-task, accountable, and highly flexible
