We have an opening for an IT Service Desk Analyst for 5 days a week in Brampton at a fast growing Reefer installation company. You will be a point of contact for users in the organization for IT related problems.

Brampton near Intermodal Dr and Goreway Dr

**Time**

8 hour shifts 5 days a week, Mon - Fri

Requires occasional on-call availability for additional incentive pay

**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the IT Service Desk
- Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software.
- Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed.
- Conduct technology training for new users
- Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise
- Good communication skills
- You will be required to work with iPhones, desktops, laptops, tablets, servers, printers, TV’s, shop clocks, Avaya phones, security systems, and our network.
- **Valid driver's license required**

**Requirements**:

- Associate’s degree in Computer Technology or related field. Certifications such as MCP, A+ preferred.
- 2-5 years of prior experience providing workstation support.
- Scripting background in either Batch, PowerShell, or any other programming languages, is an asset but not required.
- An understanding of cloud technologies such as Office 365, Azure, AWS
