**What does it take to work for Herbers South?**
- Customer service/administrative experience required
- Strong computer skills required
- Automotive parts handling experience is an asset
- Production/Warehouse experience is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment required
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license required
**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to our highly experienced Location Manager, your duties will include:
- Maintain management systems according to company SOP's
- Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide current status on all parts/sublet issues;
- Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan;
- Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed;
- Submit all parts orders through management system;
- Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts;
- Mirror incoming parts to the on the parts carts;
- Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts;
- Bring parts cars to to stalls when needed;
- Order all supplement parts as needed following all above processes;
- Ensure that all unused parts are returned for credit and that Lift received credit in a timely manner;
- Other duties as required by Location Manager
