**Job Summary**:
The Parts Coordinator reports to Superintendent, Maintenance, to assist in ordering, warehousing, inventory control and sales of parts. Majority of the work takes place in indoor environments, and work environment will consist to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

**Duties**:

- Receive and sort incoming parts and supplies
- Pick up of parts and small deliveries.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in a warehouse, tool room, supply room or other area
- Process incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal usage
- Maintain records of orders and the amount, kind and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory system
- Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
- Source and issue PO for parts and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous ERP experience considered an asset.
- Competency driving standard vehicles considered an asset.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Be able to stand, kneel, crouch, bend and walk.
- Willing to work outdoors.

Licence/Certification:

- class 5 or greater drivers license (required)
