CANDIDATE MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE SUITE (OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL AND TEAMS). A BACKGROUND IN CONSTRUCTION AND FAMILIARITY WITH RENTALS WOULD BE ASSETS.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
SCHEDULING MEETINGS AND APPOINTMENTS

RECEIVING CLIENTS

SEARCHING FOR CONTRACTORS AND HAVING THEM SUBMIT QUOTES USING THE SCOPE OF WORK YOU PREPARE AND PROVIDE TO THEM

ASSIGN THE CONTRACTS TO SUBTRADES

CREATE AND TRACK PURCHASE ORDERS

PLACING AND DEALING WITH RENTAL ADS AND TENANTS

FILING, SCANNING, PROCESSING MAIL

ANSWERING PHONES

MARKETING SKILLS AN ASSET.

THE PROPER CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS ALONG WITH THE ABILITY TO MULTITASK AND MEET DEADLINES. POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR FUTURE OFFICE MANAGER.
