- **Understand Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin platforms**
- **Can execute ad campaigns for Facebook & Instagram Ads**
- **Understand Facebook Analytics, Pixels, Custom/Look Alike Audiences, Business Ads Manager**
- **Ability to handle and manage multiple social campaigns for multiple clients**
- **Familiar with landing page software: ClickFunnels**
- **Confident in creating campaigns that will deliver on client business objectives and provide measurable ROI.**
- **Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Adwords**
- **Has experience designing content (using Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)**
- **Experience with WordPress is a bonus**

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
**Roles and responsibilities include**:
Overlooking Account Managers, Copywriters, Designers, and other team members (Instagram

**Growth Specialists) associated with client projects or client accounts with regards to social media**

**and websites.**

Multi-task and coordinate with the content team with various ongoing projects and work deliverables

**to ensure they are delivered on time.**

Ensure the strategy is being properly executed for each account by the Account Manager,

**Copywriters, Instagram Growth team, and Designers.**

Regularly moderate performance and report numbers pertaining to client projects and accounts

Check-in/update meetings with team and clients (weekly)

Oversee the content being delivered at a high level and given timelines while implementing

**suggestions for improving content strategies for clients.**

The consultant will liaise with the owner of the company concerning matters relating to the

**management and organization of the company, their financial policies, the terms, and conditions**

**of employment, and generally, any matter arising out of the business affairs of the company.**

Client questions, reporting, and updates are handled within Basecamp and Zoom.

Effectively use the Project management portal, Basecamp to track and task projects and client work-flows.

Ensure all social media content is scheduled for each account manager 2-weeks in advance at all times (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Must have Bachelor’s Degree or currently studying in the marketing/business field**
- **Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills in English**
- **Self-starter while managing multiple projects, as well as collaboratively working with other team members**
- **Knowledge of content marketing and social media marketing**
- **Work in a fast-paced, creative environment with many moving projects**
- **Graphic Design skills (using any software adobe photoshop, illustrator, canva, etc.)**
- **Ability to work with Video / GIFs**
- **Passionate about Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, and working with Startups**
- **Facebook Advertisement experience (with a good understanding of how to run an ad)**

**This is a remote position with weekly/bi-weekly meetings.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
- Project Management: 5 years (preferred)
