King Ursa is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create content and drive channel management to the highest standards for the agency and its diverse roster of clients.

**Social Media Manager Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily community management - responding to and escalating comments and messages, and proactively growing channels through outreach and engagement.
- Lead channel management, including content creation, scheduling, and rollouts.
- Engage with and activate influencers across brands and programs.
- Contribute to reporting of and insights around social/digital analytics, tracking campaign and Always On performance against prior performance and industry benchmarks.
- Proactively identify opportunities and ongoing best practices across social networks.
- Manage expectations and ensure clear communication across internal teams and clients.
- Develop social media strategies on-time and on-budget, using consistently good judgment.
- Contribute to the development of creative pitches and proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- You have 3+ years of experience working across social media asks for brands and businesses.
- You prioritize grammar, and know your way around copywriting and editing.
- You know the difference between organic and paid - and appreciate the nuances and tactics of both of these avenues.
- A great eye for creative assets, as well as the details that most people miss.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of the advertising/marketing creative lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of scheduling platforms and media/influencer monitoring tools, as well as creative software (e.g. Adobe Suite), an asset.
- Experience in social media analytics and reporting.
