**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each platform’s audience and goals.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely manner, fostering a strong online community and increasing brand loyalty.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand and marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to create partnerships that amplify the brand’s reach and credibility.
- Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and visually appealing social media presence.
- Planned and executed social media contests, giveaways, and other engagement initiatives to drive follower growth and participation.
- Handle crisis management on social media platforms, addressing negative feedback or situations that may arise in a professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media accounts managed.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, ensuring content is visually appealing and on-brand.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads is a plus
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
