**The Role**:
As our **Administrative Assistant - Project Administrator**, you’ll be the glue that holds our project management team together. You’ll keep us on track by managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Stay Organized & Coordinate**: Help our project managers keep things moving by scheduling, tracking resources, and making sure everyone stays in the loop.
- **Stay On Top of the Details**: Keep project documents in order, track deadlines, and prepare reports that keep the team informed.
- **Be the Friendly Face**: You’ll be the go-to person for project inquiries, making sure clients and teammates get timely, helpful responses.
- **Keep the Office Running Smoothly**:From stocking supplies to helping set up a creative workspace, you’ll make sure everything’s in place for a productive day.
- **Handle the Day-to-Day**: From booking travel to prepping meetings, you’ll take on various admin tasks with efficiency and a smile.

**What You’ll Bring to the Table**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in an administrative or project support role.
- **Skills**:You’re a pro with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quick to pick up new tools.
- **Attitude**:Positive, team-oriented, and always ready to pitch in. A great sense of humor doesn’t hurt either
- **Communication**:You’re great at written and verbal communication and comfortable engaging with different people.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
