Langley, Canada Pharmasave Drugs (West) Ltd. Full time

As an Administrative Assistant at the Pharmasave West Region Office, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office team. Reporting to the Region Director, Finance & Administration, this position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including handling communications (internally and externally to Pharmasave franchisees across Western Canada) and assisting in documentation and record-keeping. Working closely with multiple departments as well as the senior leadership team, you will help ensure smooth and efficient office operations while upholding Pharmasave’s commitment to care, excellence and customer service.

- What you will be doing:_
- Document preparation and file maintenance (local and cloud-based environments)
- Data entry and database/records management (physical and digital)
- Written and verbal communications, internal and external
- Word processing, creating spreadsheets and formatting presentations
- Adhoc reporting for management
- Reviewing and analyzing contracts
- Deal with vendor/store related communications
- Support event planning and coordination for Region events, meetings, and staff activities
- Various administrative tasks as assigned

- What you should have:_
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role
- Advanced training and extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Adobe
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of trust, teamwork, and community
- Legal background or experience with contracts would be a strong asset
