The role of ServiceNow Product Manager exists to drive the growth of CAAT’s scaling services ecosystem, through the development of tools and offerings that together allow the services ecosystem to accelerate adoption and drive successful end user outcomes.

The ServiceNow Product Manager is responsible for the definition, creation and maintenance of service offerings that focus on the priority areas of CAAT’s business, this allows our business partners to accelerate adoption and drive better business value.

**We are looking for someone with the following attributes**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science/Systems/Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 5 plus years of professional experience as a Product Manager
- Experience working with business stakeholders in identifying opportunities for product enhancements, business process management, and digital process automation technology
- The ability to make trade-off decisions between possible and desirable, which requires a good sense of what is technically feasible
- Comfortable delivering product presentations to large audiences coupled with strong verbal, written and visual communications skills
- Working knowledge of modern development platforms and languages - Java, JavaScript, relational databases and SQL, AJAX, JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, and associated frameworks
- Must possesses strong experience with iterative software delivery methodologies, debugging, testing and be able to present technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Experience with enterprise cloud solutions, and CRM domain (Salesforce) expertise is very desirable
- Work directly with the business users to build and promote business cases
- Possess strong leadership, mentoring skills coupled with an aptitude of learning new technologies
- High energy, self-starter with solid multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills

**Once here you will**:

- Drive strategic product vision, long-term roadmap for product enhancements, and support the business requirements that meet our defined service strategy
- Define low-code / no-code process automation features and capabilities, and define the idea, and experiences required to unlock end user business cases
- Serve as an evangelist with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a cross-functional strategy around data management, with emphasis on a holistic vision across multiple technologies for a broad set of use cases
- Be the voice of the end user and provide a business perspective on value during day-to-day development
- Act as a product expert, sharing best practices with both internal and external clients
- Create compelling user stories & lead ideation for impacted lines of business within CAAT
- Interact with stakeholders, end-users, and prospects to co-innovate and test the requirements
- Create storyboards and wireframes to effectively communicate functional specs to experience design and development teams
- Own and drive the execution of the ServiceNow roadmap and manage multiple products/features simultaneously
- Champion ServiceNow products both externally and internally. Also, lead the rollout or new processes or improvements on existing processes tools, systems and provide vital training to the operations team.
- Provide recommendations to improve processes, reporting, communication, training, and tools.
- Offer support and proposals to service (product) owners with a view to continuously improving service quality
- Support the implementation ServiceNow offerings and enhance the continuous improvement of service management processes
