Job Description

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:

The Solution Consulting team plays a crucial role in the sales ecosystem at ServiceNow, delivering exceptional experiences to both customers and internal stakeholders with an emphasis on performance and continuous enhancement.

We are looking for a Solution Consulting leader to oversee the Demonstration capability and strategy. In this key leadership position, you will steer the direction of demonstration proficiency and execution by motivating and supervising a team of early-career Presales Solution Consultants. The ideal manager will establish a structured process to drive outcomes and results in various areas, such as:

  • Nurturing early-career SCs to enhance their demonstration skills and knowledge across ServiceNow's product suites.
  • Shaping and enhancing the future Demo Hub program capabilities. Identifying and championing Demonstration Creation, Usage, and future enhancements. Expanding the DemoCenter concept to deliver inclusive value to the field, including DemoHub capabilities.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, SC Field, and Workflow SC leadership to establish pipeline generation capabilities.
  • Building and curating a video asset library of functional demonstrations to boost efficiency and effectiveness in pipeline generation and renewal augmentation.
  • Developing functionalities for the Americas region, proving success, and then extending capabilities globally to EMEA and APJ.
Qualifications

To Excel in This Role, You Will Need:

  • Extensive pre-sales experience as both an individual contributor and leader, preferably within ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated expertise in storytelling methods and techniques with software.
  • Capability to mentor and develop both early-career and senior individual contributors.
  • Proficiency in leading people, processes, and systems development.
  • Ability to quickly establish relationships and trust internally and externally within the SC organization.
  • Results-oriented leadership with strategic alignment and long-term vision, with the flexibility to adapt as required.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow's sales process, engagement strategies, and business value.
  • Effective communication skills to clearly articulate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform.
