We are looking for a dedicated hard-working individual who will maintain the tradition of great food and hospitality which continues to be the essence of our business.

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Complete orders by contacting Sales Rep and/or customer to clarify specifications, to convey order status, or to obtain authorization to proceed
- Liaise between multiple offices following up on quotes, supplies, orders and shipments
- Liaise between warehouses to follow up on stock
- Ensure order and invoice accuracy
- Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts
- Update databases and customer records
- Manage outbound transport logistics
- Follow & maintain corporate accounts
- Provide the highest level of service to our clients
- Ensure customers get accurate answers efficiently regarding - product availability, delivery, pricing
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update records and databases
- Communicate customer feedback

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC V6V 3C8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
