**Position: Receptionist & Administrative Assistant**

Preferred Availability: Tuesday through Friday - 10:30am to 6:00pm

Starting Date: May 1st to 15th, 2024

Seeking a receptionist for a health & wellness clinic who will help create a calm and welcoming environment. As a part of our team, you will be expected to focus on providing the highest standard of customer service.

Seeking a long-term employee who will grow with the company.
- Personal interest or experience with a natural approach to health and wellness
- Friendly, warm, and professional demeanor
- Hardworking and efficient
- Multi-tasking ability and strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills: ideally with familiarity with G-Suite (Eg. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Punctual and reliable
- Positive attitude and team player

**Job Description**:

- Answering and returning calls from patients
- Greeting patients as they enter the clinic
- Scheduling patients
- Processing payments
- End of day cash out
- Organizing paperwork, scanning documents
- Support with patient care e.g. supporting patients in filling out questionnaires
- Regular inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment
- Office cleaning
- Laundering and folding of treatment table linens

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 32 per week
