**Front Desk Receptionist**

Trojan Collision is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Essential functions include:
**Provide administrative support to day to day staff and to the senior management**
- Greet customers and clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and plan meetings
- Greet visitors and provide them with information about our company
- Maintain open and welcoming office environment, common areas, and public areas
- Other duties as assigned

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience is must. If you have a passion for helping people and building relationships, this is the opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:
**Greet visitors, explain procedures to visitors and answer any questions they may have.**
- Provide basic office support such as typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Maintain office environment by keeping the office clean, organized and well-stocked.
- Respond to incoming calls and schedule appointments.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
- Knowledge of insurance and rental processes would be extremely helpful

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

- Front desk: 5 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)
