**Job description**

Western Canadian Modular Homes is a locally owned and operated retailer of premium modular and manufactured homes built by SRI - Shelter Home Systems. We have been proudly serving the Red Deer and surrounding area for over 10 years.

We are currently looking for a new Warranty Administrator/Sales Assistant to join our team.

This position offers a flexible work schedule, which will require 1-2 Saturdays a month.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer concerns and submit Warranty claims as needed
- Coordinate with various Contractors and the Manufacturer to resolve deficiencies
- Assist with the daily operations including greeting customers, answering phone, provide product information and general administrative duties

**Qualifications/Education Requirements**:

- Related post secondary experience an asset
- Proficient Computer Skills mandatory
- Social Media experience required to manage Facebook account
- Sales experience an asset

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
