Supporting the Sales and Marketing department, this role provides administrative, communication and marketing functions, and serves as a liaison between the sales team and internal and external partners. We are looking for an organized, people-oriented individual with marketing and communications skills and experience who also possesses the ability to multi-task and meet the demands to support growth and sales targets. This role reports to the Director, Sales & Marketing and is located at the Rifco Administration office in Red Deer.

Sales Support
- Support the Sales Managers and Sales Team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication within the department, head office and to our dealer partners.
- Be the Sales Team super-user of all software systems.
- Lead the creation of reports for internal and external use in sales functions.
- Support Sales managers with onboarding, training, meeting planning, and regular communication with the sales team.

Communications & Marketing
- Contribute to the development of a social media plan, ensuring engagement of appropriate demographics and generate valuable interactions.
- Maintain a communications calendar, determining goals, creating content, and designing posts that elevate the digital presence of Rifco’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) to produce measurable results.
- Create a content library and assist the Sales Team with individual posts to build awareness with dealer partners.
- Support the consistent execution of Rifco’s brand across all collateral and channels.
- Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Systems & Administration
- Ensure Dealer Enrollment requirements and process are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Support the Rifco Rewards + Dealer partner program with reporting and planning.
- Contribute to the planning and successful delivery of Sales Events.
- Other related duties as assigned.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, upbeat attitude with ambitious outlook.
- Ability to think on your feet, innovatively and creatively.
- Skilled in working on multiple projects with high attention to detail in a deadline-oriented sales environment.
- Ability to learn new systems.
- Works well independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with good planning and organizational skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-Secondary Education in Marketing or Business preferred.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or similar field.
- Strong communications skills and content development, including ability to diplomatically address social media feedback.
- Experience with all social media channels.
- Design experience: may include Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Canva.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Teams), with a strong aptitude in Excel.
