_Position Overview:_
- Responsibilities:_

**Salesforce Administration**:
1. Manage and configure Salesforce CRM to meet the organization's sales and marketing requirements.

2. Maintain user roles, profiles, and security settings to ensure data integrity and access control.

3. Customize and enhance Salesforce functionality through the creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.

4. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline management.

5. Conduct regular data maintenance, including data cleansing, deduplication, and data import/export.

**User Support and Training**:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues from sales and marketing teams.

2. Provide user support and troubleshoot Salesforce system errors or functionality problems.

3. Develop and deliver training programs and resources to enable users to maximize their productivity and effectiveness with Salesforce.

4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify areas for process improvement and recommend Salesforce solutions to address those needs.

**System Integration and Enhancement**:
1. Work closely with IT and other teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and tools.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements or customizations.

3. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for system improvements.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
1. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

2. Generate and distribute regular reports and dashboards to provide key insights and metrics to sales and marketing teams.

3. Support sales forecasting and pipeline management activities by providing accurate and up-to-date data.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience.

3. Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).

4. Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, configuration, and best practices.

5. Proficient in creating and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.

6. Experience with Salesforce Lightning and the Salesforce Lightning platform (preferred).

7. Knowledge of data management and data quality best practices in Salesforce.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

10. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

**Schedule**: Fulltime Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00PM --- **Pay** $70K

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
