We have extensive knowledge managing critical environments including data centers, healthcare facilities, commercial facilities, central utility plants and Public Private Partnership projects.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

ACML is actively looking to hire a **Facilities Coordinator** for **Vancouver (YVR Airport), BC** whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Coordinates facility improvement and projects. Checks and validates scope of work, develop workplans, review specifications and drawings for the projects as assigned by the client or the ACML site manager.
- Liaises with ACML’s Business and Technical Solutions group for engineering support,
- Liaises with ACML Facilities Operations team to discuss the scope of work, the impact to operations and maintenance activities during and post project implementation, and project scheduling timelines.
- Coordinates development of statement of work documentation, produce cost estimation/budget preparation to submit for funding approvals; liaises with engineering consultants as required.
- Administers the preventative maintenance tracking and documentation programs, reviews scope and frequency of assignments with the supervisor and makes changes where required.
- Schedules project activities with trade contractors, ACML Facilities team and the client’s representative to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and with mínimal disruptions to the tenant’s operations. Monitors projects to ensure that they remain within budget and keep track of overruns, overtime and change orders.
- Create PO’s and Contracts to procure materials and/or contracting services.
- Procure services, parts and all equipment requested by the site and maintain minimum critical spares levels
- Utilizes computerized maintenance management system to manage work orders history and track and report job status, and repair costs.
- Liaises with the ACML Finance Department, and Manager, FMS to discuss and resolve issues of funding, procurement and billings associated with each project.
- Liaises with client representative to ensure all contemplated work is in compliance with the client’s policies and procedures.
- Performs all written communications, and maintains all project documentation records and files them appropriately within the appropriate folder structure.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports regarding the progress of the active projects to the ACML Operations Manager.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act of British Columbia.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**WHAT WILL YOU BRING?**
- A minimum of 3 years of office experience, preferably in a maintenance environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products ( Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project).
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, including advanced excel data analytics. (Pivot Tables, Excel formulas).
- Comfort working effectively with all levels of staff.
- Customer service orientation.
