**Position Summary**:
The Business Program Management Office (BPMO) at Aecon is here to help our internal partners deliver on their organizational and strategic objectives through gaining insights with data, building the processes and tools needed to achieve organizational objectives and getting our teams ready for change.

This role is situated in the Business Program Management Office (BPMO) and reports to the Director, Enterprise Analytics and Data Governance; this role will also work closely with the BPMO’s Director, Business Solutions, and the Vice-President, BPMO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Aecon’s BPMO activities by championing readiness practices, leading BPMO communication approaches and contributing to training strategies which support our initiatives.
- Own, Improve and leverage a suite of BPMO readiness tools, including stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, change readiness assessments, identifying areas of risk or resistance, plans for leadership alignment and mobilizing change networks.
- Collaborate with project and delivery stakeholders to lead change strategy planning to ensure that impacted parties are a) identified and b) prepared to manage changes to how work activities and tasks are performed.
- Partner with BPMO project management and data analytics teams to understand project activities and key milestones to ensure readiness activities support each project’s deliverables.
- Create and oversee the execution of a comprehensive communication plan to provide awareness across Aecon of BPMO resources, activities, events, and outcomes.
- Perform qualitative assessments and work with the Manager, Analytics to gather quantitative data to measure and monitor BPMO initiatives post go-live—and provide recommendations to business process owners to realize sustained value creation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey intricate technological and procedural changes in an accessible manner for all levels of non-technical audiences.
- Robust analytical capabilities, with an emphasis on addressing challenges related to technology adoption and data integration.
- Proven ability to collaborate and operate in a complex, fast-paced environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work streams, teams, and operational sectors to drive change initiatives.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
