Administrative management of a Scarborough Condominium High Rise. Must be fluent in English and have excellent written English skills. Ability to attend evening board meetings is a requirement. High level of customer service skills with excellent communication with residents and all other stakeholders.
Ability to follow up on building issues independently is required. Must be experienced in all aspects of residential condominium administration - a minimum of 2 years experience is required with a limited license from CMRAO.
