We are currently searching for a driven professional to join our Operations Team in the position of _Project Manager, Operational Excellence. _In this role, you will report to the _Director, Operations - Ridge & Operational Excellence _and play a pivotal role on various process improvement and cost saving projects. You will ensure best practices in project management including schedule creation and adherence and clear communication.

**As Project Manager, Operational Excellence you will**
- Plan, execute, and manage a variety of projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure that they
- are completed on schedule.
- Develops, manages and improves a project management plan that outlines scope, savings,
- resources and other services that are necessary to deliver the project.
- Develops, assists and coaches on project charter with sponsor(s) and team members.
- Works closely with Finance team to ensure cost is being calculated and tracked properly.
- Coordinates project(s) execution plan.
- Organizes and conducts meetings with project staff, stakeholders and management to
- communicate information related to each function’s needs concerning project requirements.
- Develops and manages stakeholder relationship and expectations, progress reports,
- communication, paperwork, meetings, etc.
- Anticipates potential roadblocks and develops solutions to prevent issues from arising.
- Actively and proactively engage in the ongoing management and improvement of Aurora’s
- quality and project management systems.
- Where applicable, promote and maintain GMP requirements.
- Other duties as required.

**It would be great if you have**
- 5+ years of project management experience in the manufacturing, food production or
- healthcare industry
- and quality. Track records of successfully planning and executing projects on schedule.
- Experience managing projects involving multi-disciplinary teams operating in a fast-paced,
- innovation driven environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Blet would be considered an asset.
- PMP designation or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the emerging cannabis industry would be considered an asset.
