**About the Opportunity**:
Nova Scotia Health has established a new Care Coordination Centre that will improve how we coordinate the movement of patients throughout their healthcare journey. It will use artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and patient status to provide a real-time view of access to care, patient flow, and health system resources to support decision-making.
