**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to Director, Finance the People Services Analyst with matrix reporting to People Services, this role is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of operational data and business processes related to the alignment with financial planning and human resource management. The Analyst will be involved in analysis, process and system design, data extraction and reporting in areas such as: OM (position management) and budget alignment, repayment processes, quota bank management and forecast, incentive tracking and monitoring, provincial audit and actuary requests and other related initiatives.

The Analyst collaborates with both financial and people services team to manage risk and liability and promote efficiency and effectiveness in ensuring compliance and alignment with relevant legislation, regulations, operational and strategic objectives, and the mission, vision and values of the organization. He/she makes recommendations related to the data set design, development, and ongoing evaluation of comprehensive and standardized processes and practices to support financial and people services needs and the effective, efficient and sustainable delivery of services and programs. The Analyst applies an expert base of knowledge and experience in providing support and recommendations for business decision support.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Graduate of post-secondary degree/diploma in financial or human resources or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Relevant certification; ie. accounting, business process mapping, and business enterprise information systems (particularly Successfactors) preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years strong management and/or functional system experience and knowledge of Successfactors/SAP business enterprise information systems
- Experience with report creation and data visualization (i.e. Tableau, Tableau prep, Excel, Power Query)
- Experience recommending internal control and process improvements
- Experience mapping process flows using Visio (or similar software)
- Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills
- Highly knowledgeable of SAP/SF functionality and technical aspects
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated planning, organizing, prioritizing and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality; recognize sensitive issues and respond appropriately.
- Exemplary work history as demonstrated in current and past employment
