Administrative Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**:
- Order Management: Enter and maintain customer orders with precision using advanced Excel skills.
- Invoicing: Process invoices efficiently with Great Plains software.
- Account Statements: Prepare and send customer account statements.
- Label Printing: Print accurate and detailed labels for production needs.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and helpfully with wholesale customers when needed.
- Digital Efficiency: Support initiatives to optimize workflows using digital tools and programs.
- Debit Machine Operations: Process customer payments using a debit machine.
- Phone support
- Answering customer inquiries
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Education/Experience: Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, or a diploma/relevant experience in a similar role.
- Wholesale Experience: Previous experience in wholesale operations is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Superior Excel skills and high proficiency with Microsoft 365/Sharepoint.
- Experience with Great Planes
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: A multitasker who excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support wholesale customers.
- Good verbal communication skills to maintain open dialogue with supervisors, and fellow colleagues
- Reliable, punctual and ability to work to timelines & deadlines
- Positive, professional and approachable demeanor
- Digital / Software experience
