**About the Position**:
This role will cover both the morning and afternoon shift from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

**Principal Responsibilities**:
As a Administrative Assistant, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to staff and management.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing their needs effectively.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, providing solutions or escalating complex problems as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to relay customer feedback, product/service information, and relevant updates.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain organized records, including customer information, office documents, and files.
- Prepare reports on customer service activities, office expenses, and other relevant metrics.
- Oversee facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and coordination with external vendors.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and processing invoices.
- Coordinate with the finance department as needed.
- Assist in HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting HR processes.
- Train and support customer service representatives, if applicable.
- Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements & Skills**:

- At least 1 year experience as a Administrative Assistant or related experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, mainly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A team player
- Possessing exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to pay attention to detail
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
