- We're expanding our team to expedite growth plans. _
- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our ranks. The job will be home-based, so we can be highly flexible on location, although travel will be required._

**We are looking for someone who will**:

- Handle complex, large-scale accounts and high-value contracts.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with HPE and nurture relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
- Create awareness around ETI-NET products with the HPE Field Teams and with HPE NonStop customers to establish them as the product of choice.
- Play an active role in all phases of the account management lifecycle, including overseeing the initial setup and implementation of complex solutions and sophisticated programs.
- Proactively identify and contact prospects to develop a substantial new business pipeline, and support HPE in closing business.
- Establish trusted relationships with Finance and IT departments originate new opportunities in new logo and existing accounts and support new and existing accounts to position our capabilities.
- Understand at a deep level how each account makes buying decisions.
- Provide recommendations based on customers' business needs and usage patterns.
- Analyze customer business goals, objectives, requirements, processes, and existing infrastructure.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in partner and direct sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to the Vertical NonStop market is preferred (Government, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Banking).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with executives and decision-makers.
- Proven ability to understand complex customer requirements and present solutions that deliver significant value.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
- Ability to travel when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Technical certifications are also welcome.
