The Project Coordinator will take on roles and responsibilities associated with project takeoffs and project runs. The Project Coordinator will spend 90% of their time supporting the Project Support Lead in managing lead - job conversions, organizing job site information, coordinating rough and finish material list orders, building job start packages and supporting the tracking and maintenance of project schedules. The Project Coordinator will spend the remaining 10% of their time supporting process refinement and scalability. This includes liaising with the senior management team to indicate areas where efficiency can be gained and where the project support office can better enable success across business lines.

This role will require the Project Coordinator to liaise with customers, project managers, and sub-contractors to ensure clarity of roles, timelines, responsibilities and other functions across project lifecycles. This will also include responding to and coordinating services across job sites, additional material ordering and tracking and tracking job signoffs to ensure prompt payment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS**:

- Liaise regularly with other parts of the organization, project managers, sub-contractors, and vendors.
- Assists with the preparation of regular job progress reports developed from project management software (Buildertrend)
- Participate in contract preparation as well as work with the construction estimator to assemble bids, track inquiries and requests for pricing.
- Liaise with customers, coordinate installation dates, coordinate service requests and track information accurately on Buildertrend.
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and distributing project documentation as needed and required to sub-contractors, project managers and internal staff.
- Attend weekly/ bi-weekly project meetings and prepare minutes and action items to support project delivery and coordination.
- Organize and track submittals.
- Organize and arrange project start-up documentation.
- Book inspections with local cities and or municipalities
- Develop labour cost sheets associated with jobs and support project takeoffs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College or university graduate or equivalent working experience.
- Ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and project management tools like Gantt charts, Asana, Buildertrend
- Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and quality management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to understand construction contract terminology an asset.
- On-Site Construction experience an asset.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
