Job description

99homes Realty Inc. has a new position available for a office/project coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing day-to-day activities for projects/events, coordinating with different team members holders.
- Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables.
- Solving any issues that may arise during the projects.
- Managing and building relationships with multiple teams.
- Provide guidance and recommendations regarding areas related to assigned work.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department.
- Create & Coordinate Business Events for teams and clients.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, reports.
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project.

**Experience**:

- Challenging the status quo, being positively competitive and moving the needle.
- Ability to improve our organizational process.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps(Gmail), Excel.

Hours would be from 11AM - 6 PM.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
