Conveyancing Assistant

YAD Realty is a leading real estate brokerage committed to excellence in client service and satisfaction. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing and Reviewing Legal Documents:
- Must be fimiliar with DEAL MANAGER (Back office)
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents related to real estate transactions, including contracts, deeds, mortgages, and closing statements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Facilitating Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between clients, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Communicate effectively to provide updates, address inquiries, and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinating Due Diligence:
- Facilitate the due diligence process by gathering and organizing necessary documentation such as title reports, surveys, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with external parties to ensure all required information is obtained and reviewed in a timely manner.
- Managing Closing Process:
- Assist in coordinating the closing process, including scheduling closings, preparing closing packages, and ensuring all necessary parties are present and informed.
- Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies or issues as needed.
- Providing Administrative Support:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the conveyancing process, such as data entry, file management, and maintaining transaction records.
- Assist with organizing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
- Offering Client Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing updates on transaction progress.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on conveyancing procedures and requirements, guiding clients through the process with clarity and professionalism.
- Staying Current on Regulations:
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to real estate conveyancing.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate conveyancing, legal assistance, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and analyze legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, procedures, and terminology is a plus.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $17.80 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
